Honestly, i don't know what you can do with it. I work with it all, I am a skin maker, that meshes (heads, bodies, etc not by me). Maybe you need contact creators of that heads, etc.

Because M4 new product.

How can I get new version?

Rules for getting new version:

1. If you gave a negative review you can not get new version of the product (1,2,3 star review = ban forever).

A lot of negative reviews made carelessly. Before explosing your verdict, which is not supported by any single fact - try to read and understand anything.
I got a lot of really poor reviews from loss of mental abilities of reviewers.
No logic - no support. I don't suppor arrogant and bad customers.
Arogant customers -
1. Type of people who prefer spoil review without trying to contact creator before. I'm really friendly with this support when customer contact me before trying to kill review.
2. Type of people who isn't used a DEMO version, who bought item and said "refund my money! because item isn't impressed me!
3. Type of people who trying to humiliate you "You must offer to me any gift for changing my review on positive."
Bad customers -
1. Type of people who don't read the description, who don't cares about "Work with Classic avatars" and give a negative review just because they was non careful.
2. Bad review without any reason.
3. Bad review with information that is misleading. (like - this item not look like on snapshot).
4. Foul language, abuse in the review (like a Cr*p).

What you can do with it? You can't do anything. I solved to deprive the support of impudent customers, this is my right. We have many rights, such as the intellectual property right.
If you are not satisfied with the attitude of the seller to the buyers, then you can create your store and your own rules.

Find at least one reason to not deny your support. It's does not affect on my own opinion as a creator. It doesn't make me unfair.
It doesn't make me a man with megalomania. I always reply on questions.
I give equal rights to users.

Bad feedback to the product of my store deprives you of support irrevocably. Whether you are a crook, a person who considers himself to be my competitor or an inattentive user - doesn't matter.
You made your own move, I answered to you my own move.
No reason to respect creator - no reason to respect customer.

Найди хотя бы один корректный негативный отзыв, который бы имел основание и место быть.
Каждый создатель магазина имеет полное право составлять правила (контракт) между покупателем и продавцом. Каждый имеет право качать свои правила.
Если под "менее благоприятный отзыв" имелись бы ввиду действительно менее благоприятные отзывы, то никто бы не лишал поддержки получения обновлений к вещам.

I work with marketplace many-many-many-many… very-very many times.

During this time, I received a lot of insults in the direction of my poor knowledge of English.

It offended me to the depths of my soul.

I translate this text through a translator. (lol, funny?)

YES. I know about troubles with knowledge of English. I almost DON’T understand this language.

I do not know the rules of writing in English. I do not know anything.

I tried very hard translate the instructions for customer. I spent many hours.

But after insults in my direction, I will not do it again. Because this is WASTED time.

I was convinced of this when I got in personal messages that I am stupid.

I'm stupid for the reason that I do not know English. It's even funny.

It's so funny that I refused to translate into English.

I know Russian and Ukrainian languages, okay? I know a few jargons and understand other things.

I can understand insults in Portuguese and several other languages in my direction without a translator.

Because the knowledge of the Slavic languages gives a wider vocabulary of words.

But I am considered stupid in the opinion of many only for the reason that I do not know English.

I'm not a polyglot.

I never fully understand the language in which everything is written on behalf of the middle-sex and the "you."

In my country there is a "You" and "Thou". I also will never understand the need to simplify sentences in writing in English speech.

Just imagine if "Second Life" was in Ukrainian or Russian. And you would not understand much. Yes it's me.

Ukrainian and Russian are much more complicated than English.

I don't understand simple things, for I am complex.

Сие мосье выражается не комильфо на чуждой ему мове.

Для некоторых “экспертов” это словно когнитивный диссонанс с воображаемой субъективной профанацией.

У меня чаще всего отсутствует атараксия, так как грешу аддикцией от мнения чуждых мне персон.

Вполне вероятно что я гиперболизирую или утрирую это. Но это мое личное право.

В основном, для людя я предоставляю гомогенные текстуры кожи бледного характера, находясь в постоянной депривации.

Знаете, будучи знакомым лично с дамами и господами, которые мне не импонируют своей дерзостью и предвзятым отношением к моим знаниям

и не пониманию инструкций, я бы с превеликой радостью воспользовался дефенестрацией. Мне надоело каждый раз лицезреть по отношению к

своей персоне инвективу в отзывах по причине моей излишней конгруэнтности. Все эти безрезультатные сентенции по отношению ко мне давно

уже стали трюизмом. Мне вполне хватает необразованных убиквистов, считающими себя лауреатами нобелевской

премии в знании английского языка. Я был очень фрустрирован горожанами этого виртуального поместья, под названием

“Вторая жизнь”. Я и вправду старался использовать эвфемизмы по отношению к виртуальным избранникам товаров из моей бакалейной лавки,

но даже они выставляли себя дерзкими инфантильными личностями, которые попросту коцали отзывы.

Из-за субъективного недалекого восприятия, такие персоны считали мол я им гяповал.

Современное общество попросту пёхает, не желая развиваться, загвоздав честь и достоинство себя как людей в очах моих.

Я работаю с маркетом много-много-много-много… очень-очень много времени.

Время от времени, я получал оскорбления в свою сторону за мое плохое знание английского языка.

Это задело меня до глубины души. (именно поэтому я оставлю эту весточку неосведомленным).

ДА, я знаю свои проблемы в английском языке. Но от оскорблений в мою сторону я не стану лучше понимать английский.

Я не умею писать на этом языке, я ничего не знаю. Но это не повод унижать мою честь и достоинство, называя меня в

этом плане необразованным тынком. Я тратил много времени на то, чтобы перевести весь мой текст на английский.

У меня из-за этого проблемы со здоровьем даже. Тем не менее, я понял что мой труд был бессмысленным.

Я знаю много чего другого. Но раз я не знаю английский, то я обязательно глупый.

Лол, это так смищна. Прям ржунимагу.

Благодаря этому издевательству я перестал блядити что смогу обрести поточную аудиторию расчетливых и умных покупателей,

стараясь угодить в формировании простейшей инструкции, которая была бы понятна для чтения.

Именно поэтому я забил на все это.

Я знаю русский и украинский языки. Я знаю несколько жаргонов даже.

Но при этом меня все равно умудряются оклеветать, назвав глупцом.

Я также могу понимать оскорбления в свою сторону на чужих языках, так как знание

славянских языков дает преимущество над многими изречениями.

Я никогда до конца не пойму английский с их изречениями от среднего пола, а так же не пойму почему они ко всем

обращаются исключительно на

“Вы”, когда в их словах присутствует “ты”.

Так же я никогда не пойму эти упрощения в английском. Потому, что я человек сложный.
